Pricing and Particulars for the Professional

 We develop personalized training to best suit your needs, your facility, and the skill level of your staff.

  • A typical training day is 6-8 hours long and includes a lecture, a demonstration, and hands on production with your staff
  • Classes can be 1 day, 3 days or 5 days in length (or more!)
  • We can develop a multi – visit program to fulfill your training needs 
  • All training programs offer continuing education hours for professional development 

How it works: 

  • We discuss your needs, what type of facility you have and how many students we will be teaching
  • We develop a course outline and review the course content with you
  • We collect a deposit for the desired training dates
  • We provide you with a requisition for all food items needed for the class
  • We provide you a copy of the personalized handouts for the students to include recipes
  • We come to you and set up for the class in the specified kitchen where you have all the food that was on the requisition
  • We provide the agreed upon training
  • We collect final payment within 7 days of the training
  • We send a certificate of participation for each student

Cost:

  • $500 non-refundable, deposit to save the training dates; this will go toward the overall fee assessed
  • Starting at $1800 per day of training for up to 12 students
  • $100 per day per additional students up to 18 students
  • A travel fee will be assessed for each contract based on the location of the training or services rendered
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as company checks
