FAQ’s

  • Where does my training take place?

We customize all training programs for each client and provide the training at the clients location. Example: if you are a university in Iowa, we come to Iowa to execute your training program.

  • Is there a travel fee?

Yes, we can invoice the travel fee as a separate line item OR work the travel fee into to your training cost.

  • Which Chef will teach my class?

We send the topic expert to provide your training based upon your specific training needs.

  • What is the benefit of having training in my own kitchen?

There are several benefits…first, we find the “students” are more receptive and relaxed in their own kitchens and second, the cost of having a chef travel to you is much more economical than sending 10 of your staff to another location for training.

  • What is the American Culinary Federation?

The ACF is “The Standard of Excellence for Chefs”. Please click HERE for more information!

  • What is the benefit of ACF certification?

There are so many benefits of being an ACF certified chef! My first response is always “a certified chef has proven their skills and abilities in the kitchen and on paper for their designated certification level”. Chefs show true competencies when certifying. Please review more information on ACF Certification by clicking HERE
